BAUSCH & LOMB wins battle for ISTA,etc.12205/661

据 CEN april 2,2012 如题短消息报导.以$500million代价收购在Irvine以加洲为基础的ISTA眼药厂.在以前 CEN march 26,2012 有题为"ALCON buys into eye disease drug"的短消息. Alcon以$100million 代价收购 Thrombogenic生物技术眼药公司.
